✅ Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• You were charged via M-Pesa but cannot access the purchased resource.
• Duplicate M-Pesa payments occurred for the same resource.
• A purchased resource is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible.

📩 Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Please provide the following information:

• Full name and registered email address
• M-Pesa transaction ID (confirmation code)
• Details of the issue encountered

💰 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original M-Pesa account used for payment within 5–10 business days.

⚠ Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Resources accessed and downloaded successfully
• Requests submitted after the 7-day refund period
• Misuse of resources contrary to EduSphere Terms & Conditions
