EduSphere Resources processes payments securely through Safaricom M-Pesa. This policy explains eligibility, timelines, and procedures for requesting refunds.
Refund Guidelines
Important information regarding M-Pesa payments
✅ Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- You were charged via M-Pesa but cannot access the purchased resource.
- Duplicate M-Pesa payments occurred for the same resource.
- A purchased resource is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible.
📩 Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Please provide the following information:
- Full name and registered email address
- M-Pesa transaction ID (confirmation code)
- Details of the issue encountered

💰 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original M-Pesa account used for payment within 5–10 business days.
⚠ Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Resources accessed and downloaded successfully
- Requests submitted after the 7-day refund period
- Misuse of resources contrary to EduSphere Terms & Conditions
